The Pierre Governor tennis team would go 0-2 on Saturday in Huron with a 7-2 loss to both Watertown and Huron.
The Govs would get wins by Brady Lowery in both flight three singles matches as he went 2-0 on the day. Lucas Hight in flight one would get a 10-5 win against Watertown for its second win and then Hight and Noah Lueking would get a win in doubles flight one 10-2 for the second win against Huron. Jacoby LaRoche and Marty Blanchette in doubles flight three against Watertown would fall in a tiebreaker losing 10-9 and 7-1 in the tie breaker.
Pierre is now 1-5 on the season in duals and will be back in Huron on Monday for a quad but will only play two matches, against Sioux Falls Christian and Harrisburg. You can see the full results of the two duals below.
