PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. The Commission will get another update on the progress with flushing of the city’s water system and will get an overview of snow removal procedures in special business. In new business, Commissioners will consider a request to purchase a skid steer loader for the Electric Department and will consider the 2022 golf course fee schedule. The Commission will tackle two airport-related items; one being an airport marketing grant made possible by Senate Bill 162 and a pre-application package for Airport Improvement Project grants. Commissioners will consider a resolution to re-appoint the City Attorney, 2022 liquor and wine license renewals and an update to the city’s fee resolution. Commissioners will present any dialogue they may have to wrap up the agenda. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 P-M.
