Department Of Public Safety Releases Ravnsborg Interviews With North Dakota Investigators

PIERRE — The South Dakota Department of Public Safety has released three hours of video taped interviews that Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg did with investigators from the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Investigators told Ravnsborg he should have noticed the flashlight 55 year-old Joseph Boever was carrying when Ravnsborg hit him…

The team also told Ravnsborg that Boever was wearing glasses the night he died, witnesses confirm that and the glasses were found in Ravnsborg’s car…

Investigators also confronted Ravnsborg about his call to 9-1-1 the night of the crash…

Investigators also determined that Ravnsborg was not truthful about his phone use prior to the crash denying that he looked at political stories on the internet from his phone when evidence indicted what sites and stories were accessed. Governor Kristi Noem called for Ravnsborg to resign and supports the impeachment of the Attorney General.
