PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. Commissioners will consider a five-item consent calendar for moving on the main agenda. The Commission will consider a series of plat requests. Five plat requests are on the agenda including a total of five lots and a right-of-way for Country Drive. The Commission will consider setting a hearing date for a petition to vacate a portion of 2nd Street and a request to abate property taxes at 2122 Lancaster Loop. Also on the agenda for consideration by the Pierre City Commission is a request to surplus computer server racks and contracts with the International Electric Union and International Union of Operating Engineers. Commissioners will close out the meeting by presenting any dialogue they may have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 P.M.
