PIERRE, (KCCR) — Euclid Avenue work crews are making the most of mild fall weather. Morris Incorporated Operations Manager T-J Gallagher says all of the pavement should be in place by next Tuesday…
Once pavement is down traffic controls will be established…
Gallagher says the focus will shift next week to completing concrete work…
Meanwhile a traffic change is taking place at the very far end of the Euclid project. Traffic signals at the intersection of Pierre Street and Sioux Avenue will be off line for approximately four hours Thursday evening from 5:30 pm to nine pm for the installation of a new traffic signal control cabinet. South bound traffic on Highway 1889 and Pierre Street will be detoured to Pleasant Drive to access Sioux Avenue. Access to Sioux from Pierre will not be permitted. Drivers should move through the work zone at slow speeds and be alert to work crews and equipment. Minimal delays are expected.
