Steber is also working with Strider Bike of Rapid City on the idea…
The track would cost around 95-thousand dollars, but Steber would work with the Pierre School District to find grants to help cover the construction costs. Possible locations for a pump track would be Jefferson or Kennedy Elementary due to available space
