(Gettysburg, SD) – The Sully Buttes Chargers will be on the road after a three match week last week which saw their first win of the season against Sunshine Bible Academy in five sets. The Chargers are on the road Tuesday against the Gettysburg Lady Battlers. First serve is set for 7 p.m.
Sully Butters enter at 1-14 on the season after a thrilling five-set win over the Crusaders from Sunshine Bible Academy on Thursday. The Chargers will now look to carry the momentum into Gettysburg where the football won just a few days ago.
Gettysburg enters Tuesday’s night match at 7-8 on the season. The Lady Battlers are going through a tough stretch losing four straight including Stanley County, Gettysburg fell to Sunshine Bible Academy in their last contest.
Sully Buttes and Gettysburg have met once the season in a tournament hosted by the Lady Battlers. Gettysburg won the three-set match in the early season tournament. It will be the 45th meeting since 2007 which includes the season where they were the Potter County Co-Op with Hoven. The Lady Battlers have won the last four meeting including the early season match-up between the two teams.
