The second year of the project has been aided by mostly dry weather helping to keep work on track. Forecasts have pointed at over inch of rain later this week and Gallagher says its frustrating to have to fight the weather at this point in the project…
Before paving can begin over gravel a coating needs to be applied that needs three days with no rain to properly set up.
