The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes will be at home for the first time this season as the Lady Buffaloes host both Wall and Bennett County in a triangular looking for its first wins.
Stanley County would be swept by Chamberlain on Tuesday on the road and is seeking its first win as Wall comes in for its first games of the year while Bennett County played against Valentine, Nebraska on Tuesday. Stanley County lost to both teams last year in Wall. Wall, the Lady Buffaloes first opponent on the day, went 12-19 in 2025 falling in the Region 7B quarterfinal to Kadoka Area. The Eagles graduated six seniors heading into 2026. This year, Stanley County will have a tough challenge with Bennett County being ranked inside the top five in Class B in the preseason polls at number four. The Warriors went 37-7 last season making the state tournament and taking sixth place. Raegen O’Neill returns for her junior while Peyson O’Neill heads into her sophomore campaign.
First serve is at 2:00 between Stanley County and Wall followed by Wall and Bennett County and then closing out with Stanley County taking on Bennett County, all at the Parkview Auditorium in Fort Pierre.
