Oliva says there was a steady flow of registered Republicans taking part in the runoff election. Voter turn out in Hughes County was 53-percent, with Larry Rhoden capturing 88-percent or three-thousand 351 votes, to Toby Doeden’s 12-percent or 497 votes.
