The Gettysburg Battlers, the host of the Central South Dakota Conference Meet would win the team scores on Saturday beating Wolsey-Wessington by 21.5 points for the boys and 49 points ahead of Miller for the girls.
Sully Buttes
The Sully Buttes Chargers were one of seven teams at the event and would get three wins on the afternoon. Carson Mercer would win the 100 meters with Kaydn Westergren winning the shot put. The team of Mercer, Hudson Barber, Zack Weinheimer and Jace Heath would in the 4×100 relay. For the Charger girls Skylynn Moore would get second in the shot put while the team of Jaycee Jaeger, Harmony Cook, Hallie Rausch and Madison Millage would take second in the 4×100 and Millage, Cook, Myli Weischedel and Carmyn Comes getting second in the sprint medley relay race.
Gettysburg
The host and winners of the team score Gettysburg Battlers would get a total of eight wins as Easton Rausch would win the pole vault for the only boys win, but the Battlers had a total of 24 top five finishes. Emma Schlachter in the 400 and 800 meters and Finlee Heien in the 100 and 300 meter hurdles would each get two individual wins. Jaycee Stevens would get the 3200 meter win and then get her second win with Layla Cronin, Paige and Jaydn Ahlemeier in the 4×800 relay. Cronin and Jaydn Ahlemeier also had two wins teamming up with Ally Genzler and Beth Seurer in the sprint medley relay race.
Miller
The Miller Rustlers would grab three wins with Paige Werdel winning the long jump and Bryleigh Resel winning the shot put. The team of Hailey Werdel, Chelsie Fischer, Jessa Resel and Jordyn Pugh would win the 4×100 relay. Isaak Hunter had four second place finishes in the 110 and 300 meter hurdles, the long jump and in the 4×200 relay with Joseph Baker, Blaten Werdel and Chase Hurd. Hurd also finished second in the 400 meters.
Highmore-Harrold
The Highmore-Harrold Pirates would get three wins with Destiny McCauley getting the win in the javelin while Jordn Erfman would win the boys 800 meters and Brooks McPeak in the 3200 meters. Highmore-Harrold had 22 of 28 finish inside the top ten through the day.
