Metzinger says he’s spoken to the Sheriff’s Office staff and made them aware changes will take place when he takes office…
And once deputies get to those populated, rural areas of Hughes County, Metzinger wants deputies to engage with those residents…
While Metzinger wants deputies to have a presence across the County he wants to maintain the current good working relationship with the Pierre Police Department and assist when necessary and possible.
