PIERRE, (KCCR) — It is April Fool’s Day, but there is no joking about it. One of the largest snowstorms of the year is likely to bring much needed moisture to parts of South Dakota. That second wave is expected Friday into Saturday morning. Snowfall for the Pierre area this winter weather season is approximately 10 inches below normal.
