Another team is working on Euclid northbound from 4th Street to the four lane divided highway. Because of that closure, the Euclid/4th Street intersection has been made a four-way stop. The intersection will remain a four-way stop even after construction as the intersection will be controlled by signals. Only one member of the public attended the public meeting with questions about Wynoka.
