PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Oahe Days Music and Arts Festival has announced a pair of headlining events to take to the Steamboat Park Amphitheater in mid-June. That Arena Rock Show will bring the energy Friday June 19th. That Arena Rock Show is a national touring tribute experience, recreating the sights, sounds and energy of classic arena rock with powerful vocals, guitar riffs and a full-scale production that celebrates legendary rock anthems. Saturday June 20th, the final day for Oahe Days will bring the Country Roads band with lead singer Kat Perkins. Perkins made a name for herself on season six of the singing competition T-V program The Voice. Meanwhile, the Country Roads band blends modern country with classic hits and high-energy favorites. Admission to both shows is, as always, free along with Oahe Days itself being a free event to attend. For more information on Oahe Days go online to oahedays.com. Oahe Days is June 19th and 20th in Steamboat Park in Pierre.
