PIERRE, (KCCR) — More prospective candidates are getting their petitions into the South Dakota Secretary of State’s Office. For Sheriff, Shane Croeni has returned petitions to remain sheriff in Hand County along with Kylee Rinehart in Hyde County, Lonnie Schultz in Mellette and Bill Stahl in Sully County. For Register of Deeds, Suzy Wernsmann has returned petitions in Hand County; Pamela Hamlin in Hyde County and Lynette Murphy in Sully County. For precinct committeeman in Hughes County, Kevin Larsen and Thomas Oliva join Larry Eliason in Precinct Four. Others include Jonathon Klempel in Precinct Five; Brock Greenfield in Precinct One and Jamie Huizenga in Precinct Three. Ryan Maher has returned petitions for precinct committeeman in Dewey County Precinct Six. For precinct committeewomen, Susan Kempel has returned petitions for Hughes County Precinct Five and Kelli Greenfield in Precinct One. Sandra Schindler has returned petitions for Precinct Committeewoman in Lyman County Precinct Six; Joyce Kartak has submitted signatures for Precinct Committeewoman for Clearfield Consolidated in Tripp County and Tristen Gae in Ziebach County for Precinct Eight, South Dupree.
