Hillsview Golf Course in Pierre has seen continued success, especially since the summer of 2020. Season rates will increase heading into the 2026 playing year.
Hillsview saw 33,887 rounds played in 2025, 400 more than in 2024 and is the most in the last four years. Golfers can see an increase in seasonal rates for 2026. The golf board in September proposed raising season passes and cart plans and storage by 10%. Bryan Tipton, Parks and Recreation Supervisor says every three years they look at rates at Hillsview…
An individual season pass will raise from $590 to $649 while a married with children pass will be $1,110 to $1221. Single cart plans will go from $40 to $484 while a family plan will be $550 to $605. This is only for seasonal rates and not any changes to daily fees for green fees and cart rentals. A full list of the plans can be found at the Hillsview Golf Course website with the link below at the bottom of the story. Storage for carts will also raise by 10% as Tipton says Hillsview is unique by having a storage for private carts…
Hillsview will open for the season sometime in the spring of 2026 weather dependent.
