Arenson says 17 years ago when she started in the blood donation industry, 17-percent of the population would regularly donate blood. Now, less that three-percent regularly take time to donate blood. This year’s Tyler Wilcox Memorial Guns ‘n Hoses blood drive collected 439 units of blood.
