For the fourth time in eight days, the Pierre Governor gymnastics team will be competing, in its fourth different venue as the Governors travel to Aberdeen for the Hub City Invite.
The Governors won the team score against Huron and Chamberlain last week Thursday and then beat Yankton on Monday in Pierre as this will be the second invite of the season after the Govs hosted the Pierre Invite on Saturday. After today’s invite in Aberdeen, the Govs will have eight days before the next event, on Saturday, December 20 in Mitchell. It will be the last event of 2025 and then not compete again until January 10. Pierre will see Aberdeen Central, Harrisburg, Huron and Watertown from Class AA, who they have seen already.
The invite begins at 5:00 tonight at Aberdeen Central High School.
