The Herreid/Selby Area Wolverines were dominant on the night at home in Herried on Tuesday with a sweep of the Sully Buttes Chargers of 27-25, 25-8 and 25-9.
The Chargers would hang tough in the first set against the Wolverines, but after Herreid/Selby would get the final two points to pick up the first set win, it was all Wolverines from there keeping the Chargers under ten points in each of the final two sets as the second ranked team in Region 6B had to fight off the first set scare to settle in to a dominant outing on the court. The win improves the Wolverines to 22-5 while the loss will push the Chargers to fall to 7-17 on the year.
