Masterpiece Smoke Shop in Pierre is one of five smoke shops across the state that was included in a controlled buy sting operation conducted by local and state law enforcement in June. Owner Bristol Nielsen has been charged with four felonies and a misdemeanor in the case against Masterpiece. Nielsen is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges October 17th.
