Heezen has been working as-needed on a part-time basis to keep the city moving. Assistant Public Works Director Jess Powell was named Acting Public Works Director and Heezen Acting Finance Officer as the Council went through it’s annual reorganizing. Councilman Rick Cronin was re-elected Council President with Greg Kenzy as Vice President.
