Harding says Hegg Companies and Chapelle Investments already have a lot into the project and don’t want to let it go…
Original plans for the parcel included an 80-room hotel and 60-unit apartment building. A lot platted for retail space was purchased and used for a new First Dakota National bank location on the block’s northwest side.
