The committee voted 17-0 (with one excused) to advance the proposal to the full legislature with a ‘do pass’ recommendation.
In November, SDSU announced a gift from Dakota Layers, LLC and the Ramsdell Family towards building a new soccer complex for the Jackrabbit women’s soccer team. Pending legislative approval, construction on the new facility could begin yet this year. Dakota Layers would receive facility naming rights.
