The Pierre Governor girls basketball team is going to try to stop a four game losing streak on Saturday as they play host to the Tea Area Titans.
The Governors are 3-9 on the season and have dropped four straight and eight of the last nine and the path isn’t easier on Saturday to snap the skid. The Titans are 8-6 on the year and in ninth place in the Class AA standings. Tea lost to O’Gorman 81-35 which is similar to the score from the O’Gorman and Pierre game last Friday. Pierre has seen the scoring come from Molly Olson as of late, leading the team over the last several games, but Pierre will want to limit the turnovers on Saturday.
