PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Pierre School District Board of Education met in special session Wednesday afternoon to consider approval of bid packages for a wrestling room/theater expansion at T-F Riggs High School. One of the 27 bids was rejected due to a lack of qualified bids. The Board voted to rebid the overhead sectional door bids. Three of the bids went to local contractors. Allied Plumbing and Heating won the plumbing bid with Ferding Electric getting the electrical bid and Morris Incorporated winning the asphalt bid.
