PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Hughes County Commission is meeting tomorrow at the Hughes County Courthouse. The Commission has busy agenda starting with a medical staff update and discussion and consideration of an Office of Emergency Management Award and Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan. Commissioners will also discuss an estate tax lien, liaison appointments and approval of board appointments. The Commission will also discuss the establishment of a new registered agent and location for the Hughes County Regional Railroad Authority along with cash transfers, abatements and personnel/human resource items. The Hughes County Commission will also hear reports and hold an executive session to discuss security items. The Hughes County Commission meets Tuesday at three-pm in the second floor Commission chamber of the Hughes County Courthouse. The meeting is open to public.
