The Pierre Governor boys basketball team will head to the Sioux Falls area tonight to face the Tea Area Titans in the lone game of the week looking to stop a four game skid.
The Governors were in Sioux Falls on Saturday with the Washington Warriors getting a 20 point win over the Govs and it will be another daunting test in Tea tonight with a very good basketball team as the Titans are coming in at 6-1. Tea has won six straight games after an opening game loss to Huron by two and have recently beaten Sioux City North and Sioux Center. The Titans have size with a 6’7 and 6’8 presence down low and will have plenty of size around the perimeter with all but one player above six foot on the roster. The Govs will have the rest of the week off after the game tonight before hosting Douglas next week Tuesday.
