 
			PIERRE, (KCCR) — Pierre saw the most inductees to the South Dakota Municipal League Hall of Fame. Over half of the 21 municipal employees added the Municipal Leagues Hall of Fame work for the City of Pierre. Human Resource Director Laurie Gronlund tops out the list for Pierre at 27 years followed by Electric Superintendent Devin Harris at 26 years and Police Chief Jason Jones at 25. The list includes Golf Mechanic Keith Stanek and Police Sergeant Brandon Boyd at 22 year; Utilities Director Brad Palmer and Police Captain Dusty Pelle at 21 and 20 years of service to Pierre by Carpenter Chris Classen, Maintenance Tech Corey Lafave and police detective Cole Martin. The Municipal League recognized elected and appointed officials and employees after 20 years or more of service. Other cities with inductees included Abereen, Beresford, Colman, Egan, Harrisburg, Mitchell and Spearfish. The longest tenured inducted in 2025 was Aberdeen City Manager Robin Jay Bobzien at 31 years of employment.
