PIERRE, (KCCR) — Beck Motor Company of Pierre and general manager Steve Beck has been nominated for the 2026 TIME Dealer of the Year award. Beck is one of 47 dealer nominees from across the United States who will be honored during the 108th National Automobile Dealers Association show in Las Vegas, Nevada in February. With his nomination, Beck is representing the South Dakota Auto Dealers Association. This is the 57th year for the award. There are over 20-thousand dealers nationwide. The TIME Dealer of the Year is one of the industry’s most prestigious; recognizing franchised new-car dealers that exhibit exception business performance on top of an outstanding commitment to community service. Ally Financial is also recognizing dealer nominees by contributing one-thousand dollars to the 501-(c)-three charity of their choice. Dealers are nominated by executives of state and metro dealer associations across the county. A panel from the University of Michigan will select one finalist from the four N-A-D-A regions and one Dealer of the Year.
