Showing more consistency on pass, attack and blocking, the Sully Buttes Chargers earned a 25-19, 25-12 and 25-21 three set sweep over Stanley County Tuesday night in Ft. Pierre.
The Chargers showed more consistency in all phases of the match, with outstanding net play by Jadyn Jaeger, Scottlynn Kinney, Tomi White, and Cateri Yellow Hawk. Meanwhile the Lady Buffs showed signs of coming together, but were stymied by mis-hits, and shaky passing. Breckyn Huebner and JoRayah Walker were solid in middle hitting for 6-16 Stanley County. Sully Buttes at 7-15 now travels to Timber Lake Thursday to take on the 5-20 Panthers-three set winners over the Tiospaya Topa Thunderhawks Tuesday night.
Our next broadcast will be Friday, October 24th, as the Chargers will return home to face Hitchcock Tulare. Catch the action on Country 95.3FM.
