The Pierre Governor Cross Country teams will be on the road to Watertown this evening as Pierre is down to just a few more runs before the state meet.
The Governors will next compete at the ESD run on Saturday, October 11 in Mitchell but will run at the Cattail Golf Course today looking for a strong finish and team score to set them up for the ESD next weekend. Pierre will then travel to Huron for a regular season run, the last of the year before running again in Huron at the state meet on Saturday, October 25. Pierre will run once each week leading up the state meet.
The run begins at 4:00 this afternoon from the Cattail Golf Course in Watertown.
