The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes would get a three set win on Monday to start the week beating Crow Creek on the road 25-21, 25-11 and 25-14.
The Lady Buffaloes would get a hard fought first set win before really being able to pull away from the Lady Chieftains in sets two and three to pick up their fifth win of the season before hosting another region opponent in Mobridge-Pollock on Thursday. Stanley County sits at 5-12 now and still trailing Crow Creek in the standings but was able to close the gap with the win on Monday. They’ll face the 7-5 Mobridge-Pollock Tigers on Thursday at home, the first non-tournament home game since September 11 when they hosted Philip.
First serve on Thursday will be around 7:45 from the Parkview Auditorium in Fort Pierre.
