PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Railroad office of the South Dakota Department of Transportation has been busy this summer overseeing 12 federal grant applications for projects across the state. The third Ringneck and Western project is a grade stabilization project in Lyman County from Oacoma to Presho. The total cost of the Ringneck and Western’s projects is 16-point-6 million dollars including local matches and federal and state railroad trust fund grants.
