A second R-C-P-and-E project to culverts along the line in Stanley, Haakon and Jackson Counties is about through the paperwork process…
That project came about as a result of flooding in 2019 that washed out sections of the Rapid City, Pierre and Eastern line from Fort Pierre to Rapid City.
