The Pierre Governor football team will head to Huron tonight to face the 0-1 Tigers with the forecast showing better weather and conditions being favorable for football.
The Governors beat Aberdeen Central 9-6 last Friday in horrid conditions after a two hour and 15 minute weather delay. Huron lost to Yankton last Friday at home, 41-24 but the final score doesn’t indicate how close the game was throughout the night. Huron had the game tied at 21 and had the lead 24-21 in the third quarter. Steele says Huron is very good in the passing game…
