Next week crews will begin work installing a storm drainage line from Wynoka Avenue to Capitol Creek in Hilger’s Gulch…

All of the walking trails in Hilger’s Gulch will be barricaded off west of Capitol Creek. Walking areas will remain open east of the Creek and clearly marked.
