
PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Hughes County Commission is meeting Tuesday at the Hughes County Courthouse. The Commission will hold a public hearing for a Planned Unit Development or P-U-D for Inman Tract Two and Inman Tract Three-R. First consideration will be given to a plat change in the Shamrock Commercial Addition. This item has introduction last week by the Pierre City Commission as the change falls within the Joint Jurisdictional area. Commissioners will consider approval of a Hunting Preserve Liquor License application and the repayment of delinquent taxes. Other agenda items include considering a request to surplus vehicles and the replacement of a sheriff’s office vehicle. Commissioners will also consider personnel items and service certificates before getting reports from liaisons and department heads. The Hughes County Commission is also scheduled to meet in executive session for Care of the Poor and HIPPA. The Hughes County Commission meets Tuesday afternoon at three-pm in the second floor Commission chamber of the Hughes County Courthouse. The meeting is open to the community.
