A mail drop-off will be placed in the middle of Pierre Street to make up for the alley mailbox being cut off. Plans for the City of Pierre utility drop-off have not been set. Gallagher says pedestrian access from Pleasant will be cut off…
Work will also take over most of Pleasant Drive between Pierre and Euclid…
