Late last month, the Track and Field Coaches Association announced the Academic All-State teams. The criteria to be a member of the Academic All-State team is the student athlete must be a senior having participated in track and field for at least three years and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Pierre
The Pierre Governors would get nine seniors on the team as Mason Berg, Elly Broers, Avery Lisburg, Kali Ringstmeyer, Colter Babcock, Steven Blanchette, Lincoln Houska, Ian Rounds and Baxter Schrempp.
Sully Buttes
Three members of the Sully Buttes Chargers were a part of the Academic All-State team as Olivia Olson, Gavin Barber and Payge Bakker earned their spot on the team.
Stanley County
The Stanley County Buffaloes placed five. Colton Brady was the lone male to be on the Academic All-State team while Kaysen Magee, Raegan Taylor, Brylee Kafka and Sarah Fosheim for the females.
Miller
Both Kellan Hurd and Aleah Schlechter earned a spot for the Miller Rustlers.
Potter County
Three Potter County Battlers with Jhett Simon, Rayel Persoon and Taylyn Rausch.
Lyman
Aksel Ehlers is the lone representative for the Lyman Raiders.
