
PIERRE, (KCCR) — The South Dakota Department of Corrections is advising central South Dakota residents that a high-risk sex offender is about to be released to the Winner area. On Thursday, May 15th the Corrections Department will be releasing 35 year-old Glenford Old Lodge because he will have completed his entire prison sentence for sexual contact without consent. Old Lodge was sent to prison on a Hughes County conviction. Old Lodge is a Native American male, who is five-feet, 10-inches tall who weights 182 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Corrections Secretary Kellie Wasko says based on a criminal history involving sex offenses and institutional assessments Old Lodge is at a high risk to offend again. Old Lodge pleaded guilty to Sexual Contact Without Consent; a First Class Misdemeanor. A Part II information was filed that Old Lodge admitted two that enhanced his sentence to Class Six Felony Old Lodge was sentenced on July 18th of 2023 to a two year sentence for Sexual Contact without Consent by a Registered Sex Offender.
