PIERRE, (KCCR) — Rain has put the Euclid Avenue reconstruction project slightly behind. Morris Incorporated Operations Manager T-J Gallagher says the rain, while good for the dry conditions, has the project nearly a week behind schedule…
Last week wasn’t a complete washout for work crews…
Next week, concrete will be placed for the road surface on eastbound Sioux Avenue…
Gallagher says sewer work on Pierre Street in front of the Federal Building should be completed next week. He added that pedestrian and vehicle traffic has been cooperative in the multiple work zones and thanks the public for their consideration when passing by. Because the project was ahead of schedule prior to the rain, Gallagher says crews should be able to get back on track easily.
