This week the All-State boys basketball teams would be announced and Luke Olson, a senior at Pierre, would make the AA Honorable Mention team for All-State.
Olson would lead the team in scoring 12.6 points per game and had five rebounds, 5.2 assists per game and 62 steals as the Govs finished at 6-15 falling the SoDak 16. Olson is one of eight members from the ESD to be on the All-State team as Olson was also named to the All-ESD team. Brianna Kusler, head coach of the Pierre Governors, says it’s a big honor for Olson to be named to the All-State team…
