PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. A very light agenda will greet Commissioners tonight. The agenda is comprised of a four item consent calendar, one items of new business and any dialogue that Commissioners may have. The calendar includes the usual approval of minutes from the previous meeting and claims along with setting two public hearings for 5:45 pm on December 30th which will be the last meeting of the year. The hearings are for an airport hangar lease and the transfer of convention center on-sale liquor licenses from Regency Midwest Ventures to The Ramkota Companies. The lone item of new business is an update from the Boys and Girls Club of the Capital Area. Including tonight, the Pierre City Commission has three meeting left before the end of the year. The Commission will not meet on Christmas Eve. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 pm.
