PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Pierre City Commission approved the next step in preparing for a massive, multi-year project to not only reconstruct Euclid Avenue in Pierre, but replace and update City of Pierre water infrastructure under the two-mile stretch of highway through town. City Engineer Nick Waters says one more agreement with the South Dakota Department of Transportation is needed to open the door for bidding the project….

Bid letting for the project is scheduled for December 11th.
