Hughes County Sheriff Patrick Callahan says the driver, whose name is not being released as the crash is still under investigation was transported to Avera St. Mary’s Hospital. No charges are pending against the driver. Assisting at the scene were the South Dakota Highway Patrol, Pierre Rescue Squad and A-M-R Ambulance.
